On 31 January 2004, SRT held a day conference in Edinburgh for SRT Associates and other people with an interest in the work of SRT. The conference offered an opportunity for people to hear the latest developments in two key issues of our times: climate change and GM crops, meet the SRT team and hear about SRT's current and future work, get to know other SRT Associates and discuss the future of the SRT Associates scheme, and receive training in how to speak on SRT's behalf.
